- For the empty seat to stay empty( for the position to stay unfilled)
- Invest my own time in screening 100+ CVs! (CV ‘s that are meant to fit the criteria but do not)
- Spend time arranging interviews only for the candidate to ghost me!
- Rely on an internal talent team instead of working with outside recruiters ( the more people searching the sooner the role gets filled)
- (I am the Managing Director spinning many plates juggling the business and the recruitment?!)
- Get to the end of a process with a candidate who ends up taking another role or his existing company offer more to stay
- Invest my time training and setting someone up who then leaves inside 3 months
- For LinkedIn adverts and job boards
- And worst of all… Hire the wrong person because he/she was the only available candidate at the time and I will have to start the hiring process again in a few months.
Treat your recruiter as an extension of your company who is compensated at the end of the process ( 30 days after your new employee starts.)
You will only pay a commision if the recruiters find you the right person and stay 3 months+( rebates)
Investing in a Recruitment Agency/Agencies will be a worthwhile decision for the future of your Organisation (save time and money)
