We have an incredible opportunity to join our two bed children’s homes located in Enderby and Oadby Leicestershire. We provide care and support to children and young people who have complex needs, learning disabilities and display challenging behaviour. We try and make every day extraordinary for the children we care for and support, because we believe in every single one of them. Currently our homes are operational with solo placements.

Support Worker Requirements
Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;
- Able to work Full time
- A full UK driving license
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- An understanding that this role will require to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
- You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
- Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour
Senior Support Worker Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with Children or Young People (Minimum of 2 year)
- At least 1 year leading and supervising staff
- NVQ level 3 in children’s and young people’s workforce or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS.
- Driver
Join us as a Residential Support Worker at our homes in Leicestershire we can offer:
- £12.36- £12.86 per hour plus £60 sleeps shift pattern normally 2 on 4 off £25700-26700 per annum approx. plus sleeps
- Full induction and introductory programme

- Enhanced pay scales that recognise both qualifications and experience

- £13.36- £13.86 per hour plus £60 sleeps shift pattern normally 2 on 4 off £27700-28800 per annum approx. plus sleeps

- Enhanced pay scales that recognise both qualifications and experience
